SPECIAL ABILITIES
Animagus [15 Total,14 Available] {6th Year & Up}
An Animagus can change into the form of an animal. The magic for this transformation is complicated and very advanced, and very few wizards even attempt it. When a wizard or witch transforms into animal form, some visual aspect of the animal typically connects that form to the human.
Legilimens [12 Total, 9 Available] {7th Year & Up}
A Legilimens is a Witch or Wizard who has learned the art of Legilimency, sensing the thoughts of another person.
Metamorphmagus [5 Total, 3 Available] {Anyone}
Unlike some of the other types listed here, Metamorphmagi are born with the ability to change their appearance at will.
Occlumens [12 Total, 9 Available]{6th Year & Up}
The skill of Occlumency allows a person to block the efforts of a Legilimens to probe their thoughts and memories. A person who practiced that rare skill is called an Occlumens.
Parselmouth [4 Total, 3 Available] {Anyone, but has to have a good history & reason in order to get it}
The ability to speak the language of snakes and to command them is extremely rare.
Seer [4 Total, 2 Available] {5th Year & Up}
Another rare gift is the Inner Eye, the ability to prophesy. A wizard with this gift is called a Seer.
Werewolves [8 Total, 5 Available]{5th Year & Up}

Vampires [12 Total, 6 Available] {Anyone - within reason}
Vampires are a mysterious people, they seem to be somewhere in between beastly and civilized. They are known for drinking blood. Not all Vampires drink human blood though.
Magical Resistance [10 Total, 8 Available] {Anyone - within reason.}
This refers to a certain degree of immunity against hexes and spells found in powerful creatures such as trolls, dragons, and giants. Hagrid is resistant to certain spells, like the Stunning Spell, due to his giant blood. This type of resistance is not insurmountable; if enough Stunning Spells, for example, are fired at a creature with magical resistance at once, the creature may still be rendered unconscious. Also, wizards and witches can resist a spell with the power of their own sheer will, such as Harry did in Goblet of Fire, when Barty Crouch Jr. disguised as Alastor Moody tried to control Harry with the Imperius curse and Harry resisted. (Be REALISTIC THOUGH PLEASE. NO ONE CAN RESIST THINGS LIKE THE KILLING CURSE.).
Wandless Magic [10 Total, 10 Available] {ADULTS ONLY!}
Were you can do magic without using a wand. You have to be pretty powerful to do this. Only adults can do this.
